Sales Contractor Specialist for Select Service Hotels in Alabama & Georgia Locations
Must have excellent professional appearance, outstanding communication skills , written skills, strong relationship building skills, great organization skills, detailed orieneted, adn good closing skills.
Previous Extended Stay Hotel Sales preferred but not required.
Self Motivation REQUIRED!
Responsibilites:
- The ability to work with a variety of professional clients
-Solicit business through phone calls, outside sales calls, cold calls, site visits, and networking opportunities.
-Prepare proposals and contracts to secure business.
-Negotiate meeting room rental, room rates and hotel services to generate and maximize revenue.
-Attend organizational networking events and trade shows to promote hotel.
-Take initiative to develop new strategies and uncover new markets and accounts.
-Communicate effectively with other departments
-Develop and grow the business volume by existing accounting and nurture the relationships to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Meet monthly revenue goal and produce monthly sales related reports and sales forecasts.
--Conducts tours of the hotel and banquet facilities

Compensation: Hourly Wages + Commission
